The TH308 has been designed to close opening/closing roofs and windows when it rains.
Surface mount technology has been incorporated into a micro-controller specifically designed
for Australian conditions. The sensor is equipped with a circuit that heats the surface a few
degrees above ambient temperature enabling accurate detection in dew or foggy conditions.
This feature also allows the surface to dry after it has stopped raining allowing for fast switch -
ing to a non-percipitation state.
